Volunteers Needed!

The Grafton, NH Volunteer Fire Department is currently looking for new members.

Qualifications to apply:

1)Must be 18 years old and in good physical condition.

2)Must have a valid drivers license.

3)Don't have to reside in town but must live within a reasonable distance from town.

4)Should be able to attend and pass a firefighter level 1 class within a reasonable amount of time after a 6 month probationary period.

5)Willing to commit to attending at least 1 meeting and 1 training night per month usually lasting around 2 hours each.

6)Must be passionate about helping your fellow community members during some of their most stressful times with compassion and understanding.

Monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30 pm at the Fire Station.

Applications can be obtained from any member or by stopping by the fire station whenever someone is there.

A complete background check will be required before acceptance as a probationary member.
